Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the refund and cancellation terms for all services and products offered through the ZodiMithra mobile application and website, operated by Thriveminds Technologies Private Limited. By purchasing or using any paid service, consultation, report, subscription, digital content, or product through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1 General Policy

All refunds are subject to review and approval by the Company.


2 Consultation Services

Chat Consultation

Once a chat session has started and consultation services have been delivered, no refund shall be provided.

Audio Call Consultation

Once a call is connected with an astrologer, numerologist, tarot reader, or consultant, the session shall be considered utilized and no refund shall be issued.

Video Consultation

Once a video consultation session has started, no refund shall be available.


3 Technical Failure During Consultation

Refunds or wallet credits may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Call disconnected due to platform technical issues.
  • Chat service unavailable due to system failure.
  • Video consultation interrupted because of platform malfunction.
The Company may investigate the issue and provide a proportional refund or wallet credit at its sole discretion.

No Refund Cases

  • Poor internet connectivity on the user's side.
  • Device-related issues.
  • Incorrect phone number provided by the user.
  • Failure to answer incoming consultation calls.

4 Digital Reports

Orders for Horoscope Reports, Kundli Reports, Numerology Reports, Compatibility Reports, Tarot Reports, or any other personalized digital reports cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Since these reports are personalized and generated specifically for the user, refunds will not be issued after delivery.


5 Subscription Services

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but shall not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle already paid.

Any benefits already consumed under the subscription shall be considered utilized.


6 Wallet Recharge

Wallet recharge amounts are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Failed transaction where money was deducted but credits were not added.
  • Unauthorized payment verified by investigation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


7 Duplicate Transactions

If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.


8 Product Purchases

Eligible Refund Cases

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Product lost during shipping.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used products.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Minor variation in appearance, packaging, color, or texture.

Users must report issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs if requested.


9 Astrology, Tarot and Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

All astrology, tarot, numerology, horoscope, compatibility, and spiritual guidance services are provided for guidance, entertainment, and informational purposes only.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of predictions.
  • Achievement of expected results.
  • Financial outcomes.
  • Relationship outcomes.
  • Health outcomes.
  • Career outcomes.
Dissatisfaction with predictions, advice, or outcomes shall not be considered grounds for a refund.

10 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.


11 Company's Right to Refuse Refund

The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests if:

  • Abuse of refund policy is detected.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Services have already been fully delivered.
  • The user violates the Platform's Terms and Conditions.
