This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the refund and cancellation terms for all services and products offered through the ZodiMithra mobile application and website, operated by Thriveminds Technologies Private Limited. By purchasing or using any paid service, consultation, report, subscription, digital content, or product through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
All refunds are subject to review and approval by the Company.
Once a chat session has started and consultation services have been delivered, no refund shall be provided.
Once a call is connected with an astrologer, numerologist, tarot reader, or consultant, the session shall be considered utilized and no refund shall be issued.
Once a video consultation session has started, no refund shall be available.
Refunds or wallet credits may be considered under the following circumstances:
Orders for Horoscope Reports, Kundli Reports, Numerology Reports, Compatibility Reports, Tarot Reports, or any other personalized digital reports cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
Since these reports are personalized and generated specifically for the user, refunds will not be issued after delivery.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals but shall not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle already paid.
Any benefits already consumed under the subscription shall be considered utilized.
Wallet recharge amounts are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Users must report issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs if requested.
